Responsibilities
- Participate in regular client and sales training sessions to stay informed about products, promotions, and market trends.
- Establish new customer accounts while maintaining existing relationships in a retail setting.
- Work closely with management to plan and execute sales goals, ensuring team-wide success.
- Conduct face-to-face sales interactions with customers inside retail partner locations, representing client brands with professionalism.
- Maintain clear communication with leadership and team members.
- Train, mentor, and support new representatives as you grow within the company.
