HIRING: OFFICE OPERATIONS TRAINEE

This is an entry-level position designed to help you learn our business from the ground up and grow into either a Customer Service Representative, Dispatcher or combination of the two roles based on your strengths and interests.

What YOU'll Do:
As an Office Operations Trainee, you'll spend time learning several areas of our business, including:
- Answering incoming calls and assisting current and potential customers
- Scheduling service appointments and coordinating technician schedules
- Learning dispatch operations and how to manage an ever-changing service board
- Following up with customers and helping deliver an exceptional experience
- Assisting with administrative tasks and office projects
- Utilizing technology and company resources to solve problems and keep operations running smoothly
- Supporting our mission of providing remarkable service while helping us continue to grow
What YOU Need:
- A positive attitude and desire to learn
- Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent multitasking, problem-solving, and time-management abilities
- Comfortable learning new software and systems
- Dependable, coachable, and willing to “jump in” wherever needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Customer service, office, retail, hospitality, or administrative experience is a plus, but not required
- HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or dispatch experience is a bonus, but we'll train the right person
- Must pass drug screening & background check

- Monday through Friday schedule, our office is open from 7am until 5pm, with rotating Saturday and after-hours overtime opportunities
