Position: Sales Representative – Fitness & Wellness Technology

Location: Lehi, Utah (In-Office)

Compensation: $20/hr base uncapped commissions | OTE starts at $80K, with potential to exceed $100K as you grow

• Engage warm leads only (no cold calling!) and close deals in a high-volume, high-energy environment.
• Conduct consultative wellness conversations based on each customer’s DNA and biometric data.
• Build rapport quickly and guide customers toward transformative health decisions.
• Educate prospects on the science behind AlterMe’s program and wearable tech.
• Follow up via phone, email, and text—staying organized, fast, and persistent.
• Overcome objections and hit performance goals in a performance-based culture.

• Base uncapped commission with reps earning $80K starting and $100K with growth
