What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time Night Auditor position at Altenhofen Inn & Suites?
The Altenhofen Inn & Suites in Seneca, Kansas, has a Part-Time position available at the Front Desk for a Night Auditor. Typically, this position is two shifts per week, overnight from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with some weekend shifts required. However, we do have some flexibility on shifts. Experience in customer service, working independently as well as part of a team, and proficiency in computers are preferred. Some of the Night Auditors' duties include:
- Being present at the hotel's Front Desk, answering the phones, interacting with guests at check-in, during breakfast, and at check-out.
- Checking reservation details, running the nightly reports, and processing payments.
- Doing some laundry and general cleaning.
- Setting up, cooking, and maintaining breakfast each morning.
If you are tech-savvy, can pay close attention to numbers and details, enjoy meeting new people, and don't mind doing some cooking and cleaning, this would be an excellent job for you.
Starting pay will depend on experience and skills. Management will contact qualified applicants to set up interviews starting on Monday, July 27th, 2026.
