- Lead scalable project execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry standards.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration between engineering, operations, and client stakeholders.

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, project management or related field.
- 3 years of project management experience. Prefer in transportation, infrastructure, construction or similar.
- Proficiency in project management tools, scheduling software, and risk analysis.
- Strong understanding of rail systems, safety standards, and regulatory compliance is preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with a focus on team development.
- On-time delivery of projects and achievement of strategic milestones.
- Effective collaboration and leadership within multidisciplinary teams.
- Reduction in project defects and increased operational efficiency.
- Work with advanced rail technologies and contribute to strategic vision.
