Project Chesapeake provides quality addiction treatment, behavioral health therapy, & treatment for individuals with a dual diagnosis. We are seeking a highly motivated, reliable, & experienced Mental Health Therapist to join our team in an Outpatient setting!

Hours:
- Full time
- Monday - Thursday from 9:00am - 5:00pm
- Friday from 9:00am - 3:00pm
Responsibilities include:
- Maintain a mental health caseload.
- Complete assessments, treatment plans, individual notes, group notes, & other clinical documentation under the supervision of an LCSW-C.
- Take part in a multi-disciplinary team to maintain excellent client care & treatment.
- Attain occasional trainings & maintain licensure requirements.
Qualifications include:
- Active LMSW, LGPC, LCSW-C or LCPC license in the State of Maryland.
- Computer literate & experience working in an EMR (Electronic Medical Records) system.
- Possess sound judgement, professionalism, & compassion for client care.
- Excellent documentation & communication skills.
- Familiarity with DHMH / CARF requirements.
