This role is responsible for processing high volumes of supplier invoices, credit memos, purchase orders, and non-PO invoices with accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates initiative, and contributes to continuous process improvement. Key Responsibilities · Process high-volume supplier invoices and credit memos accurately and timely. · Manage purchase order (PO) and non-PO invoices, recurring invoices, and spreadsheet uploads. · Utilize Beanworks and ERP systems for invoice processing and workflow management. · Ensure proper coding, approvals, and documentation for all transactions. · Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies. · Negotiate payment arrangements and maintain positive vendor relationships. · Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive information. · Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. · Investigate and resolve root causes of recurring issues to prevent future occurrences. · Adapt to changes in organizational structure, software, and procedures. · Collaborate effectively with internal departments and external vendors. · Perform basic technical tasks such as connecting computers to Wi-Fi and monitors. Qualifications · 4–7 years of accounts payable experience, preferably in a high-volume environment. · Proficiency in Beanworks and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite). · Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure. · Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset. · Problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis. · Basic technical proficiency and comfort with troubleshooting minor IT issues. · Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
