Roles & Responsibilities
:The RN Nurse Manager (RNNM) supervises the clinical aspects of the nursing department in the hospital including the roles of RN, LPN, Monitor Techs, Unit Secretaries, and PCT (patient care technicians). They oversee the delivery of patient care and the scheduling of shifts. The RNM will participate in recruiting and educating staff in the nursing department to build skills within the staff and create an effective work environment

- :Active RN licens
- eMinimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in ICU/Critical Care environment
- .Minimum of 1 year in a management or supervisory role (such as charge nurse or Unit leader)
