Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst(Hybrid role)

Location: Flint, MI

Shift timings: Day, M-F, 8hrs.

Compensation: Negotiable salary || All benefits || Sign-on bonus

Full- time position



Roles & Responsibilitie

  • sProvide staff training in behavior strategies, positive interaction, structured routines, coping skills training and redirection strategie
  • sConsult with treatment team to problem solve and make programmatic change
  • sAttend meetings as neede
  • dConsult with provider and treatment team regarding policies and procedures in clinical care
