Role Description
We’re hiring an Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist to join our growing finance team!
This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment. The AP Specialist will manage the full-cycle accounts payable process, including invoice review and coding, vendor record maintenance, timely payments, and support for annual 1099 filings. You’ll also collaborate with internal teams to resolve inquiries, reconcile vendor statements, and assist with month-end close and audit support.
We’re looking for candidates with at least 2 years of AP experience, strong knowledge of general accounting principles, and familiarity with systems like Sage Intacct, Bill.com, or similar automation platforms. Experience in healthcare or multi-entity organizations is a plus.
