Position: Product Development Analyst
Location: Hybrid in Durham, NC (3 days/week)
Compensation: Competitive base salary 10% bonus 7.5% LTIP FTE benefits

MUST:
- 2 years of insurance product experience, preferably with annuity products including RILAs, MYGAs, FIAs, and similar lines
- Has an MBA Bachelors degree
- Experience with writing and filing insurance products
- Experience with insurance product development and doing new product development discovery
- Can identify product gaps in the market
- Understands how annuity products work
- Has worked with a compliance team before
- Ability and experience with reading and reviewing contracts for between the company and their client

Our client, a growing retirement-solutions provider is seeking a Product Development Analyst to support its retail annuities portfolio. The role involves contributing to the design, enhancement, and oversight of multiple annuity products, ensuring they stay competitive, meet client needs, and align with the company’s long-term vision for innovative retirement offerings. This position works closely with the Product Development leadership team and requires on-site collaboration at the company’s Durham, NC office three days per week.
