What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage deals end-to-end, from initial outreach through signed agreement
- Build pipeline proactively in partnership with outbound reps
- Sell into home services businesses, closing high-value deals
- Lead conversations with business owners and senior stakeholders to uncover needs
- Work through longer, more complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers
- Address objections and guide prospects through nuanced purchasing decisions
- Keep CRM data clean and forecasts up to date
- Partner closely with outbound teams to refine messaging and qualification
- Contribute to building and improving sales processes as the company grows
What They’re Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience running full sales cycles in B2B SaaS, with a track record of closing deals
- Background at a SaaS company or early-stage startup is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt quickly in conversations
- High standards for execution and attention to detail beyond just hitting quotas
