Job Summary:
As a Maintenance Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleaning, maintenance, and upkeep of our facilities, equipment, and common areas. You will be an integral part of our housekeeping team, working closely with our nursing staff and administrators to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as cleaning, painting, and repairing throughout the facility
- Assist with floor care, including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning of carpets and hard floors
- Clean and disinfect resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
- Stock supplies and restock linens and toiletries
- Assist with refurbishing and repurposing furniture and equipment
- Participate in special projects and tasks as assigned by management
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and consistency in work Quality
