- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Manage laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and personal items.
- Ensure all rooms are stocked with necessary supplies and toiletries.
- Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries or concerns promptly and courteously.
- Assist with cooking when necessary, preparing simple meals or snacks for residents or guests.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment by disposing of waste properly and following sanitation protocols.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management immediately.
- Previous experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients and guests.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning supplies is essential.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
