Alpine Gold Exchange is seeking a detail-oriented Junior IT Specialist to support daily IT operations across our retail, ecommerce, and financial systems. This is an on-site role involving hands-on troubleshooting and support for a diverse technology environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 support for Mac and Windows devices.
- Troubleshoot computers, printers, scanners, and peripherals.
- Support Shopify systems (E-commerce, Shopify Plus, POS, and Shop app).
- Assist with onboarding, account setup, MFA, and device deployment.
- Help maintain networks (Wi-Fi, routers, switches) and resolve basic connectivity issues.
- Support software updates, security processes, and documentation.
- Assist with phone systems, call routing, access control, and security equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Shopify or ecommerce platforms (Shopify strongly preferred).
- Working knowledge of Mac & Windows hardware and software.
- Basic networking understanding (IP addressing, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP).
- Strong communication, customer service, and analytical skills.
- Ability to lift to 40 lbs and set up IT equipment.
- Must work onsite in Alpine, UT.
Nice to Have
- Ordoro or Fishbowl fulfillment experience.
- Make.com automation experience.
- HubSpot or CRM experience.
- Phone/call-center system experience.
- Basic networking or access control/security knowledge.
- Jira or other ticketing systems.
- Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace familiarity.
