Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive General Service Technician to join our service team. The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive repair and maintenance, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Duties
- Conduct repairs and maintenance on various vehicle systems, including powertrain, transmissions, electrical systems, and
- Utilize hand tools, power tools to complete repairs efficiently and safely.
- Perform wheel alignments, ADAS calibrations, and vehicle inspections to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain detailed records of repairs performed and communicate findings effectively to customers.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an automotive technician or mechanic, preferably in a service center environment.
- Familiarity with ADAS systems, schematics interpretation, and auto estimating software is a plus.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools,
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform vehicle maintenance efficiently.
- Service technician experience with a focus on customer satisfaction is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
