What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Architectural Millwork Engineer position at AlphaX?
Before a single board is cut, every detail must be resolved. That principle is at the heart of how our client operates — a nationally recognized luxury millwork firm with over 30 years of experience transforming interiors for the most exclusive residences in the country. Their engineering and drafting team is the backbone of a process that leaves nothing to chance, producing meticulous shop drawings that serve as the road maps for master craftspeople, finishers, and installation teams. They are looking for a Senior Architectural Millwork Engineer who can lead that process — someone who combines deep technical expertise in custom millwork and cabinetry with the leadership presence to mentor a drafting team and the judgment to ensure every drawing that leaves the department is ready for the shop floor.

- A clear path for professional growth and advancement within a nationally recognized firm
- A stable pipeline of prestigious luxury residential projects with some of the country's most discerning builders and designers
