What You'll Own
- Manage a portfolio of 3-4 concurrent commercial construction projects ranging from $2M to $10M
- Oversee the full project lifecycle from estimating through closeout
- Prepare and manage:
- Estimates
- Contracts
- Project schedules
- Change orders
- Billing and financial tracking
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to keep projects on time and within scope
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout project execution
- Monitor budgets, project costs, and profitability from start to finish
- Identify and resolve scope, schedule, and cost issues proactively
- 5 years of commercial construction project management experience OR
- A construction-related degree with strong hands-on project responsibility
- Experience with estimating and writing contracts
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and coordination skills with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Self-directed and highly organized work style
- Certifications such as PMP, OSHA, or related credentials are a plus
- Willingness to work in-office

- Base salary: $75,000 - $100,000, commensurate with experience
