The Sales Representative at Apex Homes plays a key role in driving growth by connecting homeowners and investors with ADU development opportunities.
This position focuses on guiding clients through the full lifecycle of an ADU project — from initial consultation to contract execution — while helping them maximize property value, rental income potential, and long-term investment returns.
Key Responsibilities
Consult with homeowners and real estate investors to evaluate ADU development opportunities
Educate clients on zoning, site potential, and ROI strategies
Generate, qualify, and actively manage inbound and outbound leads with a strong emphasis on timely and consistent follow-up across all opportunities
Lead client meetings, present development solutions, and close new business
Coordinate with design, permitting, and construction teams to move projects into execution
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the process
