Tendremos una llamada inicial para revisar el puesto y el siguiente paso será una entrevista presencial en Fresno, CA. Se proporcionará una tarjeta de regalo de gasolina de $25 en la oficina el día de la entrevista.

Este puesto requiere viajar el 100% del tiempo de lunes a viernes, sin fines de semana.

Descripción del puesto:
Estamos buscando una persona motivada que pueda generar ventas y proporcionar servicios de exhibición en punto de compra y gestión de anaqueles.

Responsabilidades:

  • Incrementar el volumen de ventas, la participación de mercado, la distribución de productos, la asignación de espacio y el servicio al cliente en todas las cuentas asignadas.
  • Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias para alcanzar los objetivos clave de la empresa.
  • Garantizar la distribución y disponibilidad de productos para los clientes asignados.
  • Desarrollar relaciones comerciales sólidas con la gerencia de las tiendas para ofrecer servicios y valor que superen las expectativas del cliente.
  • Elaborar planos de exhibición para las tiendas y mantener los estantes y el inventario.

Requisitos de viaje:

  • Visitar supermercados en (pero no limitado a) San José, Gilroy, Hollister, Salinas y áreas cercanas.
  • Se requiere conducir hacia las tiendas de los clientes (se ofrece un estipendio diario fijo para el automóvil adicional al salario).

Requisitos:

  • Ser innovador(a) y creativo(a) al generar ideas y soluciones nuevas.
  • Diploma de escuela secundaria o GED requerido.
  • Experiencia en la industria de supermercados (recomendado 2 años).
  • O experiencia en mercadeo/merchandising (preferiblemente en supermercados) – 2 años.
  • O experiencia en ventas (preferiblemente en ventas de productos de supermercado).
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
  • Fuertes habilidades de escucha, presentación y toma de decisiones.
  • Bilingüe: Español/Inglés (50% o más) (correos electrónicos, mensajes y ventas en español).

Requisitos adicionales:
Debe contar con autorización legal para trabajar en Estados Unidos a tiempo completo, tener automóvil propio, licencia de conducir válida y comprobante de seguro.

Our main office is in Fresno, CA and we have been in business for 20 years.

We will have an initial call to review the position and the next step is an In person interview held in Fresno, CA. A $25 gas gift card will be supplied in office on the day of the interview.

This position is 100% traveling M-F work days, no weekends.

Mission: Identify opportunities to maximize our brands sales, provide excellent customer service through safe and effective planning, selling, ordering, and in store servicing.

Job Brief

We are looking for a motivated individual who can produce sales and provide point-of-purchase and shelf management services.

Responsibilities:

  • Grow sales volume, market share, product distribution, space allocation, and customer service in all assigned accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategies to accomplish key company goals.
  • Ensure distribution and availability of products to the assigned customers.
  • Develop strong business relationship with store management to provide services and value beyond the customer's expectations.
  • Produce layout plans for stores and maintain store shelves and inventory

Travel Requirements*

  • Visit grocery stores in (but not limited to) San Jose, Gilroy, Hollister, Salinas, and surrounded areas
  • requires driving to store customer ( Flat daily car allowance offered additional to pay)

  • OR- work experience in merchandising (preferably merchandising in Grocery stores)- 2 years

  • Strong listening, presentation and decision making skills
  • **Bilingual : Spanish/ English (50% or ) (e-mails, messages, and selling in Spanish)
