Attorney

Compensation $120,000-$200,000 per year (depending on experience)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Attorney to support legal operations and provide counsel to our executive team. This role will work closely with senior leadership on contract review, policy analysis, and regulatory compliance. Strong legal writing skills and a background in real estate or corporate law are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, contracts, and internal policies.
•  Provide legal guidance on compliance matters and risk mitigation.
•  Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda and recommendations.
•  Coordinate with external counsel and manage outside legal relationships.
•  Maintain organized digital and physical legal records.
•  Advise leadership on relevant legal developments and implications for company strategy.
•  Perform additional legal duties as needed in support of business operations.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school.
•  Active membership in any U.S. state bar (California Bar preferred).
•  Background in real estate, corporate, or regulatory law strongly preferred.
•  2 years of experience practicing law in a firm or in-house setting.
•  Exceptional legal writing, contract drafting, and document review skills.
•  Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
•  Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with executives and cross-functional teams.
