Position Title: Real Estate & Mortgage Operations Associate
Location: On-site, Mesa, AZ
Responsibilities
Licensing & Compliance
- Maintain and update DRE (Department of Real Estate) and NMLS licenses for the company and associated entities.
- Monitor renewal deadlines and ensure all licenses remain active and in good standing.
- Prepare and submit changes for branch licensing, company licensing, sponsorships, and regulatory updates.
- Assist with compliance audits and documentation across both real estate and mortgage operations
Commission Management & Company Transactions
- Assist with commission disbursement, ensuring accuracy and timely payouts across multiple entities.
- Support accounting and finance teams with transaction reconciliation between companies.
- Track commissions, referrals, company splits, and inter-company adjustments.
Lender Program & Channel Setup
- Help enroll the company into lender programs as a broker for both wholesale and correspondent channels.
- Maintain updated lender credentials, contacts, and onboarding documents.
- Ensure approved lender lists are current for loan officers.
Loan Program & Marketing Coordination
- Work with the Marketing Team to update loan program sheets, pricing flyers, and marketing materials.
- Ensure program updates are accurate, compliant, and distributed to the sales team promptly.
Technology & Platform Management
- Maintain and manage company accounts for LOS (Loan Origination System) platforms such as LendingPad, Encompass, or other systems in use.
- Oversee access and permissions for CRM, LOS, compliance portals, and software subscriptions.
- Report system issues and coordinate with vendors as needed.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate or mortgage operations preferred.
- Understanding of DRE, NMLS, and general compliance requirements is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with LOS platforms (LendingPad, Encompass, ARIVE, etc.) preferred.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Google Workspace, Excel, CRMs, and digital filing systems.
- Ability to work on-site in Mesa, AZ.
