The ideal candidate will divide their time equally between two core functions: optimizing our brokerage’s operational infrastructure and driving revenue through personal loan origination. You will serve as the primary architect of our loan program strategy—maintaining deep expertise in Conventional, Jumbo, Non-QM, and Construction products—while simultaneously managing a personal pipeline and leading a team of processors to ensure flawless execution.

- Oversee end-to-end mortgage operations, managing loan files from application through closing and funding; Manage and support Loan Processors and operational staff, setting workflows, priorities, and performance standards
- Monitor pipeline status, track milestones, and proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks; Review loan files for completeness, accuracy, and quality prior to underwriting and closing; Coordinate and support Loan Officers, Underwriters, Title/Escrow Companies, and borrowers to ensure timely closings;
- Develop and maintain internal loan program matrices, pricing guidance, and scenario playbooks; Support training and ongoing education for Loan Officers and processors.
- Evaluate and onboard new wholesale lenders. Manage "Preferred Lender" programs for builder partners, ensuring loan offerings are perfectly aligned with builder incentives and Silicon Valley buyer profiles.
- Monitor the 2026 interest rate environment and secondary market trends to advise leadership on pricing strategies and product positioning.
- Ensure all loans comply with federal, state, and investor guidelines, as well as internal policies; Support audits, licensing requirements, and regulatory reviews as needed

- Actively originate residential mortgage loans, managing your own client relationships from initial consultation through to funding.
- Provide expert-level financing advice to clients in the Bay Area market, specializing in complex scenarios such as RSUs, self-employed income, and multi-collateral Jumbo financing.
- Develop and maintain a referral network of real estate agents, builders, and financial planners to support consistent production goals.
- Utilize deep program knowledge to pair clients with the most competitive and viable loan products, ensuring a high conversion rate from lead to closed loan.
