Job Summary:
We are looking for a Loan Transaction Coordinator serves as a liaison between borrowers, lenders, escrow officers, and other stakeholders to ensure loan files are complete, accurate, and processed efficiently from application to funding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shopping around for different lenders, chose and submitted the loan.
- Coordinate the loan process from initial application through final funding.
- Communicate with lenders and title companies to gather required documents.
- Track deadlines and ensure all loan conditions are met on time.
- Schedule and confirm closings with all parties involved.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of lending guidelines and document requirements.•Update loan status and progress regularly.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field preferred.
- 1 years of experience in loan processing, real estate, escrow, or related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple loan files simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
- Bilingual abilities (Mandarin) are a plus
