We are expanding in 2025 and are looking for a full-time Sales Agent to join our dynamic team!
Job Responsibilities:
- Property Listing Monitoring: Monitor and manage all aspects of property listings, ensuring timely updates and accuracy in listing information.
- Coordinating Listing Operations: Oversee the entire listing process, from initial client consultations to property marketing and showings, ensuring all steps are executed efficiently.
- Smooth Transaction Closures: Facilitate smooth transactions by coordinating with clients, other agents, and relevant stakeholders throughout the closing process, addressing any issues that arise promptly.
- Documentation Management: Ensure all necessary documentation is complete and accurate, facilitating a seamless transaction experience for clients.
- Market Research: Research market trends and real estate conditions in the Bay Area to assist in setting competitive listing prices.
- Property Marketing: Market and promote properties through presentations, meetings, and marketing activities, including online/offline promotion and open houses.
- Client Consultation: Understand core client needs and provide professional real estate consulting services, guiding clients through all stages of the sales process.
- Effective Negotiation: Negotiate effectively to create win-win solutions, support contract negotiations, and monitor transaction progress in collaboration with other real estate professionals.
- Property Resource Development: Participate in the development and maintenance of the company’s property resources while fostering strong relationships with homeowners.
- Client Relationship Build: Build and nurture client relationships through excellent customer service to enhance business development and establish effective customer relationship management.
- CRM Management: Manage the customer relationship management system to accurately reflect engagement and integrate resources for relationship management.
Job Requirements:
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is required for this role
- Real estate license required or expected to obtain in 6 months.
- Strong interest in the real estate market, with relevant residential or commercial sales experience preferred.
- Proficient in computer use and eager to learn new systems.
- Excellent communication skills; positive, motivated, and responsible with a strong team spirit.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
