Cleaning Professional

AlphaLite is seeking experienced Residential Cleaning Subcontractors to partner with us in providing high-quality home cleaning services. We are new in town and have large growth goals. This opportunity is ideal for independent cleaning businesses looking to add consistent, recurring residential jobs without handling sales, marketing, or client acquisition. Our subcontractors deliver professional, detail-driven cleanings while AlphaLite manages scheduling, customer communication, and payment.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality residential cleanings, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces
• Follow AlphaLite's residential cleaning checklists and client-specific instructions
• Deliver deep cleaning services such as baseboards, appliances, fixtures, glass, grout, and buildup removal
• Maintain professional conduct while working in occupied homes
• Use cleaning tools and supplies safely and effectively to meet quality standards
• Identify and report maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleanings
• Communicate clearly and professionally with AlphaLite management regarding job status, access, or concerns
• Consistently meet scheduling commitments and quality expectations

Subcontractor Requirements

This role is exclusively for independent cleaning businesses and not W-2 employment.

Subcontractors must:

• Operate an established cleaning business (LLC, sole proprietorship, or equivalent)
• Carry their own business insurance (general liability required)
• Provide their own transportation to residential job sites
• Supply all cleaning tools, equipment, and materials
• Manage their own taxes, licensing, and business compliance

Required Tools & Materials

Subcontractors must supply and be proficient with professional residential cleaning tools, including but not limited to:

• Steam cleaner (required for bathrooms, floors, grout, and sanitizing)
• Razor blades/scrapers (for glass, paint, and buildup removal)
• Vacuum (residential or professional grade)
• Mop system and buckets
• Microfiber cloths (multiple types)
• Residential-safe cleaning solutions and disinfectants
• Scrub brushes, sponges, extension tools, and detail-cleaning equipment

Qualifications

• Prior residential cleaning experience required
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed cleaning checklists
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Physical ability to perform residential cleaning tasks
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Ability to pass background checks to work in private homes
