Professional Commercial Cleaner / Janitorial Technician

Position Overview:
This part-time Cleaning Technician role is responsible for nightly cleaning operations at a medical clinic in Excelsior Springs, MO. You will be responsible for ensuring that all cleaning tasks are executed to our high standards.

Start Date: Tentatively set for 2/1/2026

Hours: 2-4 Hours 5 nights/week M-F (or Sat/Sun).

Cleaning Time: The clinic closes at 5PM and cleaning can begin at 5PM. Total clean time for the building is estimated at 4 hours per clean. Depending on whether a team is hired or an individual, you can expect between 2-4 hours per clean.

This role requires a highly reliable professional cleaning technician. Please do not apply if you are not available 5 nights/week.

Qualifications:

• Industry Experience: Prior experience in a janitorial or housekeeping role with supervisory responsibilities is highly desirable.
• Reliable Transportation: A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are essential.
• Punctuality & Dependability: Ability to ensure that cleaning tasks are completed before business hours the following day.
• Local Presence: Applicants must be located in or near St. Joseph, MO.
• Team-Oriented: Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Physical Ability: Capable of performing physical tasks, including occasional lifting of 25-40 lb boxes and operating an automatic floor scrubbing machine.
