NOW HIRING – PART-TIME CLEANING TECHNICIAN (MO/KS)
MO PRO Cleaning Solutions, LLC is a trusted residential and commercial cleaning service seeking reliable, confident individuals to join our growing team as Part-Time Cleaning Technicians. (Multiple positions are available.)
ABOUT US:
Since 2023, MPCS has been serving the Kansas City Metro Area with pride. We are dedicated to providing exceptional cleaning services with a personal touch. We’re looking for team members who are passionate about cleaning, with a natural inclination towards customer service.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Part-time position with flexible, yet consistent scheduling (10-20 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends). You'll work independently and as part of a team to provide residential and commercial cleaning services to our valued clients throughout the Kansas City Metro Area. While prior cleaning experience is required, MPCS will provide on-the-job training for all technicians to ensure our cleaning methods and standards are upheld by all staff members.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform thorough residential and commercial cleaning services as trained: including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens, and general tidying
- Use cleaning products safely and effectively, and maintain company equipment with integrity
- Communicate and behave professionally in the presence of clients and team members
- Arrive to job-sites on-time and ready to complete the task at hand, while communicating effectively if issues arise
- Respect client privacy, security, and property at all times
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Reliable transportation. You must have your own vehicle to travel between job sites, and the vehicle must be able to transport all tools and equipment without issue
- Dependability, punctuality, and strong communication skills are highly valued and rewarded
- Previous experience with professional cleaning (or natural passion for cleaning)
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Ability to pass a background check, and legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform cleaning tasks (standing, bending, reaching, etc.)
