Objectives
- Ensure accurate and timely patient registration, including verification of demographics, insurance, and required forms.
- Manage appointment scheduling and walk-in check-ins to support smooth patient flow.
- Collect co-pays and outstanding balances with accuracy and professionalism.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area to support a welcoming environment.
- Support the clinical team with administrative needs that improve patient care and clinic operations.

Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a medical, dental, or customer service role preferred but not required.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn medical software.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to remain at a desk or computer station for extended periods.
- Frequent walking or standing to assist patients and staff throughout the clinic.
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally.
- Frequent use of hands for typing, handling documents, and operating office equipment.
- Clear vision, hearing, and speech to communicate effectively with patients in person and by phone.
