Job Description:We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Production Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a vital part of our production crew, you will support various aspects of the production process, contributing to the successful execution of projects from start to finish. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about the entertainment industry and eager to learn the ins and outs of production work.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating day-to-day production activities.
• Support the production team with set preparation and breakdown.
• Manage and organize equipment and supplies for shoots.
• Gather and prepare production documentation, including call sheets and scripts.
• Maintain communication between departments to ensure smooth workflows.
• Assist with research and sourcing of locations, props, and talent.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a production environment or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and production software.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
