We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Front Office Representative to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
- Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate meeting room bookings.
- Maintain and update front desk logs, visitor records, and other administrative documents.
- Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information regarding company services and policies.
Qualifications
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Front Office Representative, Receptionist, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with scheduling software.
