Entry Level Account Representative

Ocean Front Florida, a sales and development firm, is hiring an Entry Level Account Representative in Miami to motivate customers to expect more from their AT&T mobile service. The Entry Level Account Representative role will involve more than just managing accounts; it’ll be about inspiring our customers to embrace the best in connectivity.

As an Entry Level Account Representative, you'll get sales and account training that actually prepares you for sales conversations, not just how to fill out paperwork. Through in-person sales consultations, the Entry Level Account Representative helps our customers find the perfect plan while their sales skills develop with every customer.

Responsibilities of the Entry Level Account Representative

• Assist with managing customer accounts by introducing AT&T mobile solutions that align with individual communication needs.
• Build professional sales relationships with new and existing customers through consistent engagement and follow-up.
• Educate customers on AT&T wireless plans, devices, and promotional offers to support informed purchasing decisions.
• Support account and sales growth efforts by identifying customer interests and recommending relevant service options.
• Maintain accurate account records, customer information, and interaction details within company systems.
• Respond to customer questions and provide timely support regarding products, services, and account updates.

Qualifications of the Entry Level Account Representative

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong interest in sales or account management is a plus.
• Shows resilience in sales-oriented settings while contributing to team sales targets.
• Remains positive when guiding customers through the decision-making process.
• Displays organizational skills to manage inquiries and documentation for new accounts.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
