We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team in Denver. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys organizing and executing events that exceed expectations. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless planning and delivery of events of various sizes and formats.
Responsibilities
Coordinate all aspects of event planning and execution, including logistics, scheduling, vendor management, and budgeting
Communicate with clients to understand their goals, expectations, and event requirements
Source venues, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships with third-party vendors
Create detailed timelines and event plans to ensure smooth operations
Supervise event setup and breakdown, ensuring all elements are completed to standard
Resolve any on-site issues swiftly and professionally during events
Monitor post-event feedback and support improvement initiatives
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or related field preferred
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in event planning or coordination
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management tools
