• Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence promptly and professionally.
• Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take detailed minutes.
• Coordinate and manage personal errands and tasks as requested.
• Assist with document preparation, filing, and office organization.
