Beloform is seeking an organized and driven Advertising Coordinator to join our team in San Antonio, TX. In this role, you will assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of advertising campaigns across various channels. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about the advertising industry.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and support the execution of advertising campaigns from concept through completion.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign objectives, timelines, and budgets are met.
Prepare and review advertising materials for accuracy and quality standards.
Communicate with vendors, partners, and clients to ensure seamless delivery of advertising initiatives.
Track campaign performance and compile reports on results and insights.
Maintain detailed records of campaign activities, budgets, and schedules.
Assist in brainstorming new advertising strategies and initiatives.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or project coordination.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
