Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the site, including staff scheduling, program delivery, and facility needs.
- Supervise, mentor, and support program staff to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, staff, and community partners.
- Maintain accurate records, including attendance, incident reports, and compliance documentation.
- Ensure adherence to state licensing requirements, organizational policies, and safety procedures.
- Assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating educational and enrichment activities.
- Monitor and report on program performance, addressing challenges proactively.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe environment for participants and staff.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Services, Business Administration, or related field preferred (equivalent experience may be considered).
- Prior experience in program coordination, site management, or supervisory role required.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of children, families, staff, and community partners.
- Proficiency in recordkeeping and use of technology for program documentation.
- CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire).
- Must pass a background check.
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods.
- Occasional lifting up to 40 pounds.
- Ability to respond quickly in emergency situations.
