Key Responsibilities
- Analyze sales data and market trends across multiple distribution channels to uncover opportunities and optimize strategy.
- Prepare customized sales reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Support sales team with prospecting efforts by identifying high-potential RIAs, wirehouses, and institutional investors.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging with current sales performance and client demand.
- Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring accurate tracking of activity, pipeline, and outcomes.
- Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark product performance and identify whitespace in the market.
- Assist in preparing due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), client onboarding documents, and RFP responses when needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales analytics, investment research, or financial services.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and CRM tools; experience with data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Familiarity with ETFs, mutual funds, or structured products is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Highly organized and self-motivated, with a passion for Data Analysis and Sales within Financial Services.
