Full Circle Recovery Services is an outpatient treatment center dedicated to making a real difference in Dayton and its surrounding areas. With a personalized approach to care, we focus on addressing the individuals’ unique needs of those struggling with addiction. Our programs are designed to help clients overcome life’s challenges, eliminate barriers, and combat the stigma surrounding their addiction.
Responsibilities
- Understand and be proficient with OHSAA related material.
- Complete routine system checks including fire extinguishers, fire alarms, smoke detectors, and other systems as needed.
- Complete daily site walks including checking exits, windows, and other safety items, perimeter of property, parking lots, and check-in with staff.
- Identify and report all maintenance concerns.
- Give a tour of the facility, show fire exits, rally points, restrooms, and other facility-specific locations.
- Set-up new employee on Wi-Fi and internet access.
- Distribute keys to the office, if applicable.
- Configure copier/printer for new employee.
- Be the first point of contact for internet and utility issues and outages.
- Work with the Program Manager to foster a team environment by assisting the Program Manager on a variety of administrative tasks.
- Guide clients on how to use and understand their schedule and ensure clients report to their scheduled appointments on time.
- Be the first point of contact for maintenance issues and be able to troubleshoot the issue or escalate to the Facilities department.
- Coordinate all signage and advertisements on the announcement boards.
- Coordinate office supplies inventory such as paper, toner for the copiers and other needed items.
- Coordinate and receive deliveries.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
- Carry out detailed written and oral instructions, along with the ability to understand human behavior.
- Must maintain a professional demeanor while dealing with emotionally charged issues and individuals.
- Effectively present information and respond to questions from a diverse demographic group.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
