Location: Torrance, CA (Hybrid)
Compensation: $38,000 base bonus commissions

Alpha-Net Consulting, a boutique staffing and recruiting firm based in Torrance, is seeking an entry-level Business Development Associate to support our continued growth and expand our presence throughout Southern California.

We specialize in talent acquisition consulting through executive search, contract, and contract-to-hire services, with a strong focus in the South Bay and surrounding regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business through in-person meetings, email campaigns, and cold calling
• Meet with potential clients to promote Alpha-Net Consulting’s services and build strong relationships
• Support recruiting activities, including scheduling and interview coordination
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects and team initiatives as needed

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1–2 years of professional or internship experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting or HR within a professional setting
• Sales or business development experience
• Customer service background with direct client interaction
