- Gathering comprehensive patient data from multiple sources.
- Analyzing assessment data to determine diagnoses or conditions.

- Developing and implementing care plans with clinical judgment.
- Ensuring patient safety and evaluating care effectiveness.
- Maintaining current knowledge, practicing evidence-based care, and effective communication.
- Performing other assigned duties in a safe manner.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent.
- Active RN license in the respective state; no prior experience required.
- Valid CPR certification (BLS) and additional certifications such as ALS, PALS, ENPC, NRP, TNCC depending on location.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform patient care activities.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
- Night shift in an ICU department.
