- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene
- Knowledge of dental procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation
- CPR certification
- Positive attitude, strong communication, and team-oriented mindset
- Desire to learn, grow clinical skills, and provide preventative care
- Ability to sit and stand for extended periods
- Lift and carry up to 45 pounds
- Availability for periodic training sessions
