Key Responsibilities
A Day in the Life:
- Prospect and generate new business to build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and accounts by understanding their needs through research and proactive engagement
- Maintain ongoing communication to support existing business relationships
- Plan and participate in local conferences, trade shows, and association events
Additional Duties:
- Schedule and conduct in-person sales visits, presentations, and meetings
- Present services to local business owners, contractors, and insurance adjusters
- Organize, document, and manage personal sales processes to identify obstacles and measure success
- Use social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) as part of the sales strategy
- Participate in local and national professional associations
Qualifications
- Experience in insurance claims or the restoration industry is a plus
- Strong written communication skills for preparing correspondence and reports
- Solid presentation skills; comfortable speaking to groups
