A Day in the Life
- Prospect new customers to build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with accounts and customers, understanding their needs through research and proactive engagement
- Maintain communication with existing clients to support long-term relationships
- Attend and participate in local conferences, trade shows, and insurance association meetings
Additional Responsibilities
- Schedule and conduct in-person sales visits, presentations, and meetings
- Present services to business owners, contractors, and insurance adjusters
- Organize, document, and manage sales activities to track progress and identify opportunities for improvement
- Use social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) as part of the sales process
- Participate in local and national professional associations
Qualifications
- Experience in insurance claims or the restoration industry is a plus
- Strong written communication skills for professional correspondence and reports
- Confident presentation skills and comfort speaking to groups
- Excellent time management and ability to multitask
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
- Strong ability to collaborate effectively within a team
