We are partnering with a well-established, growing custom flavor and ingredient manufacturer to hire a Strategic Sourcing / Procurement Manager focused on raw materials for food applications.
This role works closely with Operations, R&D, and Production and plays a key role in keeping materials flowing in a fast-moving manufacturing environment.
You will own sourcing for the raw materials used in flavors and ingredients. You will manage supplier relationships, negotiate pricing and agreements, and support both production and innovation teams. You will use MRP or ERP systems to forecast demand, manage inventory, and stay ahead of market changes that could impact supply.
This role is a strong fit for someone with 5 years of sourcing or procurement experience in flavors, ingredients, or food manufacturing who enjoys hands-on work and real ownership. You should be comfortable working with suppliers, collaborating across teams, and being onsite during onboarding.
