Now Hiring: Sr. R&D Technologist
📍 Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex (Irving / Las Colinas area)
We’re partnering with a growing food manufacturer to hire a Sr. R&D Technologist to support both innovation and commercialization across their product portfolio.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working at the bench level while also driving projects from concept through launch.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and support new product development (NPD) from ideation through commercialization
- Develop and refine formulations in a hands-on R&D lab environment
- Execute scale-up and plant trials to bring products to market
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, quality, and commercial teams
- Contribute to product improvements, cost optimization, and ingredient sourcing
What We’re Looking For:
- ~5–10 years of experience in food product development / R&D
- Strong hands-on formulation experience (actively working on the bench)
- Experience in frozen foods, frozen meals, frozen snacks, OR dough formulation
- Background in food manufacturing or CPG environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, or related field
