EHS Manager – Food Manufacturing in Wyoming (Relocation Assistance Available)
We are seeking an EHS Manager with food manufacturing experience to lead environmental, health, and safety programs within a large-scale sugar production facility in WYOMING. This role will drive regulatory compliance, strengthen safety culture, and support safe, efficient operations across all production cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and continuously improve EHS programs in a food manufacturing environment
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and food safety-related standards
- Deliver safety training for employees, supervisors, and contractors
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
- Manage audits, inspections, and EHS documentation
- Partner with plant leadership to embed safety and environmental best practices
- Lead safety and environmental committees
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in EHS or related field
- 4 years of EHS experience in food or beverage manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and plant safety programs
- Proven leadership and ability to influence across operations
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
