Hybrid Sales Manager | Foodservice & Value-Added Protein

🚀 We're seeking a driven Hybrid Sales Manager to grow regional sales, expand market share, and drive revenue within the Foodservice and value-added protein markets. The ideal candidate is a relationship builder with a proven track record of developing new business, growing existing accounts, and delivering results.
Direct raw pork sales experience is required. Success in this role requires deep protein industry knowledge, strong sales and negotiation skills, and the ability to partner effectively with customers, distributors, and broker networks to execute strategic growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Achieve sales, distribution, and profitability objectives within the assigned territory.
✅ Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and broker partners.
✅ Identify and secure new business opportunities while growing existing accounts.
✅ Execute sales strategies, pricing programs, promotions, and new product launches.
✅ Conduct customer presentations, sales calls, and business reviews.
✅ Utilize market data and insights to drive growth and increase market share.
✅ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Experience
✔️ 5–7 years of Foodservice sales, distributor management, and regional key account experience with branded value-added products.
🐖 Direct raw pork sales experience and extensive knowledge of the raw pork industry are REQUIRED. Candidates must have a proven track record selling raw pork products and an established understanding of the pork market.
✔️ 3 years of sales leadership experience with a proven ability to influence results.
✔️ Strong business acumen, financial management, sales, and negotiation skills.
✔️ Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
✔️ Project management and strategic planning experience required.
✔️ Experience in deli and/or value-added protein categories preferred.
🎓 Bachelor's degree preferred.
