Position: Executive Assistant / Coordinator

Additional Details
- Hybrid work model: onsite 3 days per week
- Flexibility on which 3 days are worked, though Wednesday availability is preferred
- Part-time role: approximately 24 hours per week through the end of the year
- Hours may occasionally increase up to 5 days per week based on business needs
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant / Coordinator to provide direct support to the Global Director of HR, with a primary focus on supporting the Global Head of Strategic Partnerships & Inclusion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex and high-volume calendars for senior leadership
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
- Handle expense reporting and administrative support
- Support communication and logistics for monthly Employee Resource Group (ERG) events
- Assist with intranet updates, scheduling, and cross-functional coordination
- Help manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Provide onsite support for ERG initiatives and employee events
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong administrative, executive assistant, or coordinator background
- Exceptional calendar management and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Comfortable working with systems, scheduling tools, and intranet platforms
- Able to multitask effectively and manage competing priorities
- Prior HR experience is helpful but not required
- Hospitality industry experience is not required
