This is our general application for Direct Support Professionals. Because we build our support teams around each individual, schedules, hours, locations, and support needs vary. If your availability and experience are a good match for a current or upcoming opportunity, our team will reach out to discuss it with you.
Many of our current opportunities are during after school, evening, and weekend hours. We do not currently offer overnight shifts.
Read Before Applying
- Must be at least 19 years old
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be willing to undergo a background check
- Must be compassionate, reliable, and committed to helping others succeed
What You'll Do
- Provide one on one support to individuals in their homes and communities
- Assist with daily living activities, personal goals, and skill development
- Support community participation, social engagement, and independence
- Build positive, professional relationships with individuals and their families
- Help individuals live meaningful, self directed lives
Experience
No prior experience is required. Experience in any of the following is helpful:
- Direct Support Professional
- Caregiving
- Direct Care
- Home Health
- Personal Care
- Behavioral Health
- Human Services
- Developmental Disabilities Services
- Special Education
- Healthcare
Paid training and ongoing support are provided.
