Job Title: Medical Administrative Assistant
Duration: 5 months plus (high possibility of extension)
Location: Phoenix, AZ 85006, USA
Shift: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Key Responsibilities:
- The Administrative Staff Specialist provides high-level administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of medical and clinical office activities.
- This position supports providers, nurses, and management staff by coordinating administrative processes, managing documentation, handling scheduling, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies
Skills Required:
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic health record systems.
Skills Preferred:
- Experience Required: 2 years of administrative experience in a healthcare or medical office setting
- Knowledge of medical terminology, EHR/EMR systems, and healthcare compliance standards.
Education Required:
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
Additional Information:
- Candidates will be driving his/her own car and will be reimbursed for the mileage.
Could be between 4 sites (Phoenix, Glendale, Goodyear and Mesa).
